Millenial Homes logo & Identity

Millennial Homes wanted a simple clever logo using an “M” as the main icon. I created a slanted “M” as the side of the roof and used a basic triangle for the front of the house, creating the top of a house. With such a heavy top of the logo I wanted to balance it out with a thin typeface.
